Founder Elisabeth Anne Boniface jumped headfirst into a career in fashion, pursuing any and all opportunities to connect with the industry while she completed a degree in Comparative Literature from Fordham University. In a short time, she developed a robust background spanning social media, online editorial, public relations, brand partnerships, operations, and event planning. Scaling a college internship for noted fashion and lifestyle brand Cynthia Rowley into a full-time position at the company, she honed her skills in developing thoughtful partnerships that emulated the values and spirit of the brand.

Surrounded by the glamour and chaos of the fashion world, she found countless women confused and concerned by the space of digital partnerships, caught between maintaining a friendly relationship with a brand and negotiating appropriate compensation for their creative work. What started as some friendly industry advice to an acquaintance quickly turned into a small but mighty partnerships operation, with Boniface consulting women in fashion and lifestyle spaces on how to ask for more without sacrificing their hard-earned industry relationships. Now over one year old, Anne Colette Management serves as a boutique operation providing a transparent educational space and partnership management services for women in creative roles who need a little extra help navigating today’s digital landscape and thoughtfully scaling their goals.
