Execution:

The Marketing Calendar: Creating a cohesive omnichannel document dedicated to syncing marketing efforts across email, search, blog, and social to increase the exposure of new content. Managed month to month for notable holidays, marketing efforts, and key brand launches.

The SEO Audit: Addressing gaps and wins in the existing SEO standing of rumispice.com and presenting a cohesive SEO strategy to complement the growth of new target keywords as well as the maintenance of current keyword ranking.

The Site Strategy: Combining back-end and customer-facing web data and written content to address target keywords at a consistent cadence to boost and maintain ranking as well as keep existing and new consumers engaged.

Results:

  • Delivered four blogs month over month, in addition to optimization of existing site content (blogs, product pages, core web pages)

  • Troubleshot and resolved key web issues to boost site visibility and ranking for keywords

  • Produced nearly double organic search impressions over a three month period, with increased ranking of thirteen (13) target keywords and breakout ranking for five (5) new target keywords.


rembucha | Startup & Crowdfunding Copywriting, SEO Consulting & Brand Voice

Objective: Translating brand vision into various written projects, including a start-up CPG business plan, an investor deck, website content, a crowdfunding page, and various applications for grants and funding.

Vision: Cohesive brand voice across all digital platforms and written documents, maintaining a professional yet “chill” voice that relayed authority in two booming industries- CBD and kombucha. Presenting the brand in a novel yet informed manner to help connect with readers and excite them to learn more about and invest in the product.

Execution:

  • The Business Plan: Responding to prompts, collaborating on concepts from brainstorming to drafting to final edits, and approval. Honing brand voice to deliver a consistent tone, as well as editing for style and content to ensure that the brand’s entire vision, as well as plans, are legible to the reader.

  • Website: Creating copy consistent with brand and business statements to maintain a brand message across all product descriptions and landing pages.

  • Creative & SEO: executing SEO strategies to boost website visibility and, by extension, the opportunity for sales. Assisting in maintaining website elements that are consistent with other brand statements and searchable for competitive keywords.


Redemption Road Foods | Brand Voice, Copywriting & SEO Strategy

Objective: Develop and execute a 360 brand strategy and marketing plan, including social media pages, SEO-friendly website content, and email marketing campaigns.

Vision: A healthful, friendly, and accessible food and beverage brand that you can trust for ideas, tools, and community to support your wellness journey. A cross-channel presence that tells a story.

Execution:

  • Brand Audit & Overhaul: working with the founder to develop a consistent brand voice and aesthetic, including color palettes, brand fonts, imagery, and brand statements.

  • The Deck: incorporating elements of the brand book and the company’s long-term goals into an investor-friendly deck for presentations, funding, and brand storytelling.

  • Competitive Analysis: Audits of market competitors as well as aspirational brands to develop goals for marketing campaigns, website structure, SEO keywords, and social media content.

  • The Website: developing a basic Shopify template into an SEO-friendly webpage, including commerce elements as well as discovery content. Launching the Redemption Road blog to set up future SEO content and continue to develop and share the brand story.*

Cynthia Rowley | Inaugural Cynthia Rowley Surf Camp

Objective: Increase brand awareness and press opportunities through thoughtful partnership and event-based storytelling.

Vision: An immersive experience allowing targeted influencers and editors to experience a “day-in-the-life” of fashion and lifestyle designer, Cynthia Rowley.

Execution:

  • The Space: working with local Montauk brands and spaces, we put together an itinerary featuring local surf instructors and accommodations at the popular Surf Lodge.

  • The Partners: Thoughtfully working with brand partners to enhance the experience of the surf-themed trip, we made strategic product placements throughout the trip to introduce brands like Saturday Skin, Dirty Lemon, Sakara, and more to the attendees.

Return on Investment: Our team tracked social insights post-event to share with our brand partners, as well as encouraged all attendees to post and tag on their social channels. We also delivered a shot list of high-res photo assets post-event for our partners to use in their social media and marketing efforts.
